WILDLAND FIRE ACADEMY
The eight (8) weekend academy is located in Northern California.
The academy is a mixture of classroom instruction and field work on Saturday/Sunday (7am - 7pm).
We provide the opportunity to earn the right certifications to be qualified to apply for entry level forestry and fire positions at the federal, state, private and seasonal municipal levels. The full cost of tuition is over $3,000 however, many applicants qualify for discounted rates up to full fee waivers.

Please read the full list of instructions for applying to Future Fire Academy. Your application will not be considered until all steps have been completed.
Complete and submit the Application Form.
Download, sign, and email a signed copy of the Requirements and Expectations form.
Download, sign, and email a signed copy of the Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk form.
Download the Physical Evaluation form. (must be completed and signed by a licensed physician).
Sign all completed forms and email them to studentsupport@futurefireacademy.org.
