As a nonprofit we are able to offer tuition assistance to those who qualify.

We believe everyone should have access to the education and certification necessary to be qualified for employment in the forestry and fire service.

Fee Waiver & Tuition Assistance

At Future Fire Academy, we understand that financial barriers can prevent individuals from accessing life-changing opportunities. While we wish we could offer free tuition to every applicant, our tuition assistance efforts are primarily focused on supporting veterans, justice-impacted individuals, and those facing significant financial hardship.

Applicants must first complete the application and be formally accepted into the program before requesting tuition assistance.

Once accepted, applicants requesting a full tuition waiver will be required to complete the essay assignment outlined below as part of the review process. Applicants may also be requested to submit proof of financial hardship to support their request.

If you have questions regarding tuition assistance or the fee waiver process, please contact: studentsupport@futurefireacademy.org

All information submitted is kept confidential and used strictly for internal review purposes only.
